Free Shipping!
Shipping and packaging costs are factored into the price of our earrings and every order ships for free inside the United States. (We don’t currently offer any international shipping options, but let us know it you just can’t live without a piece of ours and we’ll see what we can come up with for a price!)
Plastic Free Packaging.
We care deeply about trees. We also care about plastic! We choose to package and ship all our items in plastic free non-virgin paper products that can be easily curbside recycled. Please reuse or recycle your packaging. It costs a bit more money and takes a little more effort but we think that these small changes in the way business is done will make a huge impact on our lives and the lives of our children!
How long does my order take to ship?
We ship orders on Wednesdays and Fridays. All pieces are ready made and should be on the move by the next pre scheduled shipping day. We ship through the USPS and generally this takes one to two weeks to get to locations within the continental US. Tracking information is provided via email once your item(s) ship.
What happens if my jewelry is damaged or lost in transit?
We hope that this never happens! But please reach out to us if you experience an issues with shipping or tracking. Accidents happen and we try our hardest to make them right when they do. We can’t always replace an exact piece, as each one is a little different, but we will do everything we can to make you feel taken care of.
What is your return policy?
We are able to take returns for pieces that just don’t suit you. Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility. We also encourage you to reach out if something doesn’t feel quite right. We might have another piece that meets your needs better! We care about our customers and in the end we want you to feel good about wearing a piece of our jewelry so let us know if we can make anything better, we will do whatever we can try to come up with a solution that works for you and us!
